True Metallic Metal is Vallejo’s dedicated miniature metallic system using real metal particles in an acrylic medium, producing genuine metallic reflectivity rather than a metallic-looking pigment. Each colour family is built around a themed metallic — silver, gold, copper, or a coloured metallic — with four roles: Base (mid-tone starting coat), Shade (darker recess tone), Light (highlight), and Airbrush (pre-thinned for base coating). Apply Base first, wash recesses with Shade, and build up to Light on raised edges. All bottles are 18ml.

Alcohol-based gloss metallic formula producing a genuine high-shine metallic finish straight from the bottle — both metallic and gloss simultaneously, without a separate varnish coat.
