Vallejo Model Air — All Zashchitnyi Camouflage Green

Soviet single-colour overall protective green — the pre-war and early-war standard. I-16 Type 17/24, I-153 Chaika, MiG-3, LaGG-1/3 (early production). Applied to aircraft and ground vehicles before two-colour schemes were standardised in 1941.

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
