The Willys MB was the U.S. Army's 1/4-ton 4x4 light utility vehicle of the Second World War, produced in the hundreds of thousands and used for reconnaissance, liaison, command, and light transport in every theatre. Rugged and simple, it was supplied in large numbers to Britain, the Soviet Union, and other Allied nations, and its layout became the template for the postwar civilian Jeep. This is Tamiya's 1/35 scale kit, Military Miniature Series No. 219.
