Description
RAG04281 - Revell - 1/72 Canberra PR.9 (Discontinued) - WWHP113600
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The English Electric Canberra was Britain's first jet bomber, and the PR.9 was its ultimate high-altitude photo-reconnaissance version, with a larger wing, more powerful Rolls-Royce Avon engines and a distinctive offset fighter-style canopy for the pilot, with production handled by Short Brothers. The PR.9 served the RAF for more than four decades, with No. 39 Squadron flying the last examples until 2006. This Revell kit uses the historic ex-Matchbox mouldings and is now discontinued.
