The Tiger II (Panzer VI Ausf. B), often called the King Tiger, was Germany's heaviest series-produced tank of the Second World War, armed with the powerful 8.8cm KwK 43 L/71 gun behind thick sloped armour. Early production vehicles were fitted with the so-called Porsche turret, a rounded design recognisable by its curved front and bulged commander's cupola, before the more angular Henschel turret became standard. First deployed in 1944, the Tiger II was formidable in defence though heavy and mechanically demanding.

This is a 1/72 scale plastic model kit, Revell skill level 4.
