Preowned, Resealed, Mint

The KV-85 was the last development of the KV series. It put the new cast turret and 85 mm D-5T gun of the IS-85 on a modified KV-1S hull, as a stopgap until the IS tanks arrived. It entered Red Army service in September 1943, and only 143 were built before production ended that December. Issued to Guards Tank Breakthrough Regiments, it was the most powerful Soviet heavy tank until the IS series appeared.
