The Bristol Beaufighter was a British twin-engine heavy fighter that proved adaptable across roles from night fighter to strike aircraft. The TF Mk.X, nicknamed the "Torbeau," was the major torpedo-strike variant flown by RAF Coastal Command against enemy shipping in the latter part of the Second World War, armed with torpedoes, rockets, and cannon and powered by Bristol Hercules radials. This classic Matchbox tooling provides markings for two RAF Coastal Command aircraft, from No. 144 and No. 254 Squadrons.
