Description
HAS11102 - Hasegawa 1/144 J-Air Embraer 170 - WWHP113711
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The Embraer 170 was the first of Brazilian manufacturer Embraer's "E-Jet" family of regional airliners, and it first flew in 2002. Its "double-bubble" fuselage gave passengers more cabin width and legroom than other jets in its class. It has a glass cockpit with fly-by-wire controls and is powered by two GE CF34-8 engines hung under the wings. JAL Group ordered the type in 2007, and its J-Air subsidiary began flying it in February 2009 from Nagoya (Komaki) to Fukuoka and Matsuyama, with 76 seats.
