EDU8022 - Eduard 1/48 Hawker Tempest ProfiPack - PREOWNED10117331
Preowned, Resealed, Mint inside, Box worn
The Hawker Tempest Mk.V was the RAF's fastest low-altitude fighter of WWII, entering service in 1944 with 2nd TAF in time for the Normandy campaign. It proved highly effective against V-1 flying bombs — accounting for more than any other type — and excelled in ground attack and air superiority roles over northwest Europe in 1944–45. Its combination of the Napier Sabre engine, thin elliptical wing, and heavy four-cannon armament made it one of the most capable Allied fighters of the war's final year.
Eduard's ProfiPack release combines their 1/48 Tempest plastic kit with in-box resin and photo-etch detailing. Box is open; contents appear complete based on inspection. Decal sheets include the original Eduard sheet plus a second ESCI sheet, adding additional marking options.
