BROCB35112 - Bronco 1/35 Humber Armored Car Mk.III - WWHP111463
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The Humber Armoured Car was one of the most widely produced British armoured cars of the Second World War, built by the Rootes Group on the Karrier KT4 artillery tractor chassis with armoured bodywork derived from the Guy Armoured Car. The Mk.III introduced a larger three-man turret over the two-man turret of the Mk.II, armed with a 15mm BESA heavy machine gun and coaxial 7.92mm BESA. Mk.III production ended in 1942 after 1,650 had been built. The type served in North Africa, Europe, and Burma, with the 11th Hussars and various reconnaissance regiments of British and Canadian infantry divisions among its primary users.
