Description
WNW32027 - Wingnut Wings 1/32 Fokker D.VII (Alb) - WWHP113738
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
Includes aftermarket x5
The Fokker D.VII is widely regarded as the finest German fighter of the First World War, so feared that the Armistice terms specifically demanded every example be handed over. It won the Adlershof fighter trials in early 1918, and demand was so great that Albatros built it under licence at Johannisthal (Alb) and Schneidemühl (OAW), producing almost twice as many as Fokker itself. Wingnut Wings ceased production in 2020, making their superbly engineered 1/32 kits highly sought after today.
- 9 grey plastic sprues (A, B, C, D x2, E, F, H, K), including a detailed Mercedes engine and multiple propeller options
- Photo-etched fret with seat belts and cooling jacket details
- Main markings sheet with options including Fok.D.VII (Alb) 817/18 and 611/18, featuring personal emblems such as “Bowie!”, the “RK” monogram and stag insignia
- Printed lozenge decal sheets in both 4 colour and 5 colour patterns, plus a rib tape sheet
- Full colour instruction booklet with history, specifications and painting guides
