USMC sand/tan pattern colour set 1942–1945. Covers Marine Corps vehicles in Pacific island campaigns — M4A2 Sherman (4th and 5th Marine Divisions, Iwo Jima), LVT-4 Water Buffalo (3rd Marine Division), M3A1 Stuart (1st Marine Division, Cape Gloucester). Also suitable for some USMC aircraft in sand/olive schemes in the Central Pacific.

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
