Vallejo Model Air — AMT-12 Dark Grey

Subject: Aircraft

Soviet AMT-12 dark grey — VVS bomber and patrol aircraft 1943–1945. Pe-8 heavy bomber, Il-4, Li-2 (Soviet C-47 variant), and some late-war Lend-Lease aircraft repainted in Soviet scheme. Used as upper surface dark on multi-engine types.

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
