The Marder III (Sd.Kfz. 138 Ausf. M) was a German tank destroyer introduced in 1943, built on the Panzer 38(t) chassis and armed with the 7.5cm PaK 40/3 anti-tank gun. The Ausf. M redesign moved the engine forward and lowered the fighting compartment, giving the crew of four better protection and a lower silhouette. Around 975 were produced, and the type served on all fronts through the later years of the war.
This is a 1/72 scale plastic model kit recommended for advanced modellers.
