TRP07193 - Trumpeter 1/72 Canadian Leopard 2A6M Main Battle Tank
When the aging Leopard C2 was found unsuited to the conditions the Canadian Forces faced in the Kandahar Province of Afghanistan, 20 Leopard 2A6s were loaned from the German Bundeswehr still in their 3-colour NATO camouflage scheme! These vehicles were little modified from their German configuration, however, they all recieved a full set of slat-armour to counter Taliban RPG attacks and additional armour on the bottom of the hull to resist mines and IEDs.
