TAM60769 - Tamiya 1/72 P-47D Thunderbolt 'Razorback' - WWWEB10115033
Includes aftermarket x4
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The Republic P-47D Thunderbolt was the largest and heaviest single-engine fighter of the Second World War, powered by a massive Pratt & Whitney R-2800 Double Wasp radial engine. The "Razorback" designation refers to the early P-47D variants with the original high-backed fuselage and framed cockpit canopy, before the later bubble canopy became standard. P-47Ds in this configuration saw extensive service with the USAAF in both the European and Pacific theatres from 1943, flying escort and ground attack missions.
This kit includes four aftermarket detail sets.
