The Sd.Kfz.2 Kettenkraftrad was a German half-track motorcycle designed by NSU, combining a motorcycle front fork with a small tracked chassis. Originally developed as a light vehicle compact enough to be carried by aircraft for airborne units, it proved most useful as a tractor on the poor terrain of the Eastern Front, towing loads and light guns and laying cable. This is Tamiya's 1/35 scale kit of the mid-production version, supplied with a trailer and three figures.
