Preowned, Resealed, Mint inside, Box worn
Late in the Pacific War, the Imperial Japanese Navy’s carriers flew a new generation of aircraft to replace the types that had served since Pearl Harbor:
- The Mitsubishi A6M5c Zero was the final heavily armed version of the famous fighter.
- The Nakajima C6N1 Saiun (“Myrt”) was a fast carrier reconnaissance aircraft.
- The Kugisho D4Y2 Suisei (“Judy”) was a sleek dive bomber.
- The Nakajima B6N2 Tenzan (“Jill”) took over from the Kate as the main torpedo bomber.
- The Aichi B7A2 Ryusei (“Grace”) was built for new carriers such as Taiho, but by the time it entered service most of them had been lost, so it flew mainly from land bases.
These types fought in the carrier battles of 1944, including the Philippine Sea. This Water Line Series set gives you 32 aircraft of all five types, ideal for the decks of a 1/700 Taiho, Shokaku, Zuikaku or Unryu-class carrier.
- Dark green injection-moulded plastic parts for 32 aircraft in total
- Mitsubishi A6M5c Zero (Zeke) fighters
- Nakajima C6N1 Saiun (Myrt) reconnaissance aircraft
- Kugisho D4Y2 Suisei (Judy) dive bombers

- Aichi B7A2 Ryusei (Grace) torpedo and dive bombers
