Preowned, Original seal, Mint
Eric Broadley’s Lola T70 was one of the great sports-prototypes of the late 1960s. It raced in both the Can-Am open-top and World Sportscar Championship classes. The coupe version arrived in 1967 and was developed into the Mk.III. It had a sleek, curvaceous fibreglass body over an aluminum monocoque, and it was usually powered by a big American V8. That combination of speed and dramatic looks made the T70 coupe a favourite with privateer teams. It raced at Le Mans, the Nürburgring, Daytona and beyond, and it later became a star of the classic car scene. This highly detailed 1/12 Big Scale Tamiya kit includes photo-etched parts and Cartograf decals. Its markings depict cars raced at the 1967 Nürburgring 1000 km and the 1968 Japan Grand Prix.
