Description
RYE5025 - Rye Field Model - 1/35 Tiger I Early w/Interior
The Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger I Ausf. E Early Production was one of the most feared German heavy tanks of World War II, introduced in 1942 with a combination of heavy armor protection and the devastating 8.8 cm KwK 36 main gun. Early production Tigers featured distinctive details such as drum-style commander’s cupolas, Feifel air filtration systems, and early-pattern road wheels that set them apart from later wartime variants. Designed to dominate long-range engagements, the Tiger I quickly earned a reputation as one of the most formidable armored vehicles of the war. Rye Field Model’s 1/35 scale kit recreates this early-production configuration with a highly detailed full interior, accurately depicting the fighting compartment, engine bay, and crew stations throughout the vehicle. Original release from Rye Field Model, kit RM-5025.
