The 1950 Austin A40 Devon coupe became one of the most popular donor bodies for the "Gasser" class of drag racing in the 1960s, prized for its lightweight body and upright stance that allowed extreme front-end lift. With a dropped front axle and a large-displacement engine crammed into the tiny engine bay, Gasser Austins were among the most visually dramatic drag cars of the era. This kit depicts the car in full competition drag specification. Original new tool from Revell, 1985; 85-7120 is the 2000 rebox. 115 parts; Skill Level 2.
