Hurst Performance and Oldsmobile first paired up in 1968, and the fifth and final Hurst Olds arrived for 1983 and 1984 on the rear-wheel-drive G-body Cutlass. Only 3,001 were built for 1983, all in black with silver rocker panels, red pinstriping and the Lightning Rod triple-handle shifter on the console. Special Edition Series boxing.
