The Eurofighter Typhoon is a joint European programme built by Germany, Spain, Britain and Italy, designed first for air superiority but capable of ground attack, reconnaissance and maritime strike roles. The two-seat version is primarily intended for operational type conversion and training, and early examples entered service with the Luftwaffe, RAF and Spanish Air Force in the early 2000s. Revell released this all-new tooling in 2004, capturing the twin-seater as it first reached front-line units.
