The RB8 was Adrian Newey's 2012 championship contender, powered by a Renault RS27 V8 and built around Red Bull's continued exploitation of blown diffuser aerodynamics before the regulation era closed in on the concept. Sebastian Vettel took the Drivers' Championship in the RB8, but Mark Webber was competitive throughout, taking victory at Monaco and podium finishes at Australia and India — the three circuits represented by the decal options in this kit. The RB8 secured Red Bull's third consecutive Constructors' Championship.
