Dornier licence built the UH-1D for the Bundeswehr from the late 1960s, and a portion of the Luftwaffe fleet went to the SAR Kommando network, standing alert across the country for military and civilian callouts alike. In RAL 6003 and 7021 with high visibility orange panels and large SAR titles, those machines stayed on rescue duty for decades and became one of the most recognizable aircraft in German skies.

The tooling dates to 1994 and builds a clean, well proportioned Huey. Skill level 3.
