Preowned, Original seal, Mint
The Port Victoria P.V.7, also known as the "Grain Kitten," was a diminutive single-seat biplane designed in 1917 by the Royal Naval Air Service's experimental station at Port Victoria on the Isle of Grain. Built as a lightweight airship interceptor intended to be carried aloft by a kite balloon and released to engage enemy Zeppelins, the design was essentially a minimum-airframe experiment around a single rotary engine. Only a handful of prototypes were constructed and the concept was never operationally deployed, making the PV.7 one of the more obscure WWI British experimental types.
