S32-009 - PART 1/32 MiG-15 15bis  

The MiG-15 was the Soviet Union's first successful swept-wing jet fighter and one of the most-produced jets ever built, with well over 13,000 made in the USSR alone plus thousands more under licence. Its arrival over Korea in 1950 came as a shock to UN air forces and forced the F-86 Sabre into service to counter it. The bis was the uprated production version with the VK-1 engine.
