The Convair F-102 Delta Dagger was the US Air Force's first operational delta-wing interceptor and the first aircraft designed around an integrated electronic weapons system, carrying its guided missiles internally. Entering service in the mid-1950s, it formed the backbone of Air Defense Command's interceptor force for years. This is Monogram's Century Series kit, a Skill 2 build finished at 17-1/16 inches (43.2 cm) long.
