The North American T-28 Trojan was a US military trainer first flown in 1949 and designed to replace the T-6 Texan. The T-28B was the US Navy's land-based version, powered by a 1,425hp Wright R-1820 Cyclone driving a three-blade propeller, and used for primary, basic and instrument flight training in its distinctive white-and-orange scheme. This is Monogram's 1975 boxing of its classic 1/48 T-28 tooling.
