The Leopard 2A4 AGDUS Training System is a specialized accessory set designed to depict the German Bundeswehr’s laser-based training and simulation equipment fitted to Leopard 2 main battle tanks. AGDUS (Ausbildungsgerät Duellsimulator) is a battlefield simulation system that allows armored units to conduct realistic combat training exercises without live ammunition, using laser emitters and sensors to record simulated hits and engagements. Meng Model’s SPS042 1/35 scale set reproduces the external components of this system, including sensors, emitters, and mounting hardware used on Leopard 2A4 vehicles during training operations. Originally released by Meng Model, this item is now discontinued.
