MCLUA72072 - Model Collect - 1/72 Rheintochter 1 missile launcher 

The Rheintochter was one of Germany's late war surface to air missiles, a two stage solid fuel design developed by Rheinmetall-Borsig from 1942 to reach bomber formations at altitude. Six fins on the nose and a launcher rail adapted from the 8.8 cm gun carriage gave it an unmistakable look. Around 80 test firings were made before the programme was cancelled in early 1945, and it never entered service, which puts it firmly in the paper panzer and Luft '46 territory that this kit is aimed at.
