Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II — universally nicknamed the "Warthog" — was developed in the 1970s as a heavily armoured, exceptionally tough close-air-support aircraft built around one of the most powerful guns ever flown, the 30 mm GAU-8/A Avenger Gatling cannon. Powered by twin General Electric turbofans and carrying a heavy payload across eleven pylons, it saw combat for the first time in the 1991 Gulf War, where it proved devastatingly effective against armour, credited with destroying more than 900 Iraqi tanks. This is Italeri's "Gulf War 25th Anniversary" (1991–2016) boxing.
