The Hawker Sea Hawk was a British single-seat carrier-based jet fighter and ground-attack aircraft that entered service with the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm in the early 1950s. The Mk.100 and Mk.101 were export variants supplied to the West German Marineflieger (Federal German Naval Air Arm), where they served as fighter-bombers through the 1960s. The type also saw service with the Indian Navy, which operated it into the 1980s.

Released in 2011, this kit incorporates new parts relative to the base HobbyBoss Sea Hawk FGA.6 tooling (87251, 2010).
