Description
HAT8124 - HaT - 1/72 Assyrian Chariots (3) - WWHP111489
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The Neo-Assyrian Empire (c. 911–609 BC) developed the heavy war chariot as a central element of its military system, fielding four-horse vehicles carrying a crew of driver, archer, and shield bearers — an evolution from the lighter two-horse chariots of earlier Bronze Age warfare. Assyrian chariots served as mobile firing platforms and shock weapons, supporting the empire's highly organised combined-arms armies during their campaigns across Mesopotamia, the Levant, and Egypt.
Box Contents (3 complete sets):
- 3 four-horse chariot assemblies
- 12 horses (4 per chariot)
- 12 figures (4 per chariot): 1 driver, 1 archer with bow, 2 shield bearers
Notes: Injection-moulded soft plastic, moulded in yellowish tan. Minor assembly required; no glue needed.
