The North American RA-5C Vigilante was a large, fast carrier-based aircraft that combined all-weather tactical reconnaissance with strike capability, capable of roughly Mach 2. Originally developed as the A-5 nuclear bomber, it was rebuilt into the RA-5C reconnaissance role and flew from US Navy carrier decks through the Vietnam era and into the 1970s. This is the Minicraft/Hasegawa boxing in 1/72 scale.
