Fujimi 1/72 F-4E Phantom II "IDF" "The Hammers Squadron" (72185)

The McDonnell Douglas F-4E Phantom II was a widely exported multirole fighter, and the Israeli Air Force operated it extensively from 1969 under the local name Kurnass (Sledgehammer). The IAF's 69 Squadron, known as "The Hammers," flew Phantoms in combat from the War of Attrition onward and remains one of the type's best-known operators. This boxing uses Fujimi's modular 1/72 Phantom tooling, first issued in the 1980s, with a 2006 release carrying new decals for an Israeli Air Force F-4E.
