The Dassault Mirage F1 was a French single-seat multirole fighter that first flew in 1966 and entered service in 1973, exported widely across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Armed with the AM 39 Exocet anti-ship missile, Iraqi Air Force Mirage F1s flew anti-shipping strikes in the Persian Gulf during the Iran-Iraq War. This is ESCI's 1988 boxing depicting that configuration, with the box art showing an Iraqi machine carrying the Exocet.
