The Panther Ausf. G was the final major production variant of the German Panther medium tank, introduced in 1944 with a simplified hull and revised side armour. Zimmerit, the ridged anti-magnetic mine paste applied to vertical surfaces, was a distinctive feature of mid-war German armour, and this kit moulds the texture directly onto the parts. Armed with the long 7.5 cm KwK 42 gun, the Panther combined strong frontal protection with high mobility.
