Goldfinger (1964) introduced the Aston Martin DB5 as James Bond’s car and made it the most famous car in film history. Q Branch fitted Sean Connery’s silver Birch DB5 with machine guns behind the front indicators, revolving number plates, a rear bulletproof shield, tire-slashing wheel spinners and an ejector seat. The DB5 became a Bond icon and has appeared in many films since. This vintage Doyusha kit builds the Goldfinger car with its gadgets, plus figures of Bond and Oddjob.
