The Chevrolet Corvette C5-R is the factory-backed GT racing version of the fifth-generation Corvette, developed by Pratt & Miller Engineering for Corvette Racing and debuting in 1999. The C5-R went on to dominate GT class competition at Le Mans and in the American Le Mans Series, scoring class victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans multiple times in the early 2000s. This kit depicts car number 63 in the distinctive yellow and white Goodwrench/GMAC livery, one of the most recognisable Corvette Racing colour schemes from that championship-winning era.
