Five orbiters served in the programme - Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis, and Endeavour, with Discovery completing the most missions at 39. Airfix's 1/144 scale kit builds the complete shuttle stack: Orbiter, External Tank, and Solid-fuel Rocket Boosters, with seven marking schemes covering multiple orbiters from the programme's history. A custom display stand with name plaque decal is included. As a gift set, the box comes complete with Humbrol acrylic paints, two brushes, and poly cement — everything needed to get started out of the box.
