AIRA1371 - Airfix 1/35 M18 Hellcat GMC Tank Destroyer 

The M18 Hellcat (76mm Gun Motor Carriage M18) was an American tank destroyer of the Second World War, first seeing action in Western Europe in the summer of 1944. Built around tank-destroyer doctrine to counter massed panzer attacks, it paired a 76mm gun capable of knocking out even heavy German armour like the Tiger and Panther with exceptional speed, making it the fastest tracked armoured vehicle of the war and able to outflank its opponents. This is Airfix's 2020 boxing of the Academy tooling.
