Description
ACC5004 - Accurate Miniatures 1/24 McLaren M8B - WWHP111517
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The McLaren M8B was the dominant Can-Am machine of 1969, winning all eleven races of that season in the hands of Bruce McLaren and Denny Hulme — a performance so total it earned the nickname "The Bruce and Denny Show." Powered by a Chevrolet 427ci ZL-1 aluminium-block V8 producing over 620 hp, the M8B was an evolution of the M8A with repositioned rear wing. This kit represents a 1971 privateer entry: the #45 car run by Oscar Koveleski and driven by Tony Adamowicz.
Box Contents:
- Plastic sprues (body, chassis, engine, suspension, bodywork detail — moulded in white)
- 2 vinyl sprues (silver and black — hoses, wires, fuel lines)
- Waterslide decal sheet (#45 Koveleski/Adamowicz livery, 1971 Can-Am)
- Detailed assembly instruction booklet
