Vallejo Model Air — IJA Olive Green

Imperial Japanese Army olive green — multi-role camouflage 1941–1944. Ki-43-II Hayabusa (Thailand-based and China-based units), Ki-61-I (early production), Ki-51 Sonia. A versatile olive used in various IJA schemes across all theatres.

IJA Fighters — Olive green variant — some sentai

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
