Vallejo Model Air — Duck Egg Green

Royal Air Force Duck Egg Green (No.1 Sky Blue variant) — standard underside 1938–1940. Spitfire Mk.I (pre-Battle of Britain), Hurricane Mk.I (1939–early 1940), Bristol Blenheim Mk.IV (early). The name was used interchangeably with Sky Blue No.1 at many maintenance units. Also Fleet Air Arm — Swordfish, Albacore 1939–1940.

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
