Tamiya’s Masterwork Collection released this finished 1/20 Williams F1 BMW FW24 in 2003, replicating Juan Pablo Montoya’s car from the 2002 Japanese Grand Prix. Powered by the BMW P82, then the most powerful 3.0 litre V10 in Formula One, the FW24 gave Ralf Schumacher victory in Malaysia and carried Montoya to seven pole positions as Williams finished second in the Constructors’ Championship. The engine cowling detaches to reveal the detailed V10, suspension and radiators.
