Description
TAM20034 - Tamiya 1/20 Lotus Ford 102D Hakkinen Version - WWHP111551
Preowned, Resealed, Mint
The Lotus 102D was the final iteration of Team Lotus's 102 chassis, powered by the Ford Cosworth HBA5 V8 after the team's return to customer Ford power for 1992. The car raced only the first four rounds of the season — Brazil, Mexico, Spain, and San Marino — before being replaced by the new 107. Both Häkkinen and Herbert scored 6th-place points finishes with it. "New parts" rebox of the Herbert version tooling (20033), released 1993 with Häkkinen as the hero marking. Kit No. 34 in the 1/20 Grand Prix Collection.
Note: Camel tobacco markings absent from kit sheet. Aftermarket Camel decals available from Shunko Models (SHK-D303) and others.
