The Honda NSR500 was Honda's factory 500cc Grand Prix machine, powered by a compact water cooled two stroke 90 degree V4 engine producing over 150 horsepower in a lightweight frame. This kit depicts the 1986 works bike raced by Wayne Gardner in the number 4 Rothmans Honda colours, a season in which the NSR took three wins on the way to establishing itself as one of the dominant Grand Prix motorcycles of the era. The kit features a detailed engine, steerable forks, brake and ignition lines, and rubber tyres.
