The Tiger II (Panzer VI Ausf. B), often called the King Tiger, was Germany's heaviest series-produced tank of the Second World War, armed with the powerful 8.8cm KwK 43 L/71 gun behind thick sloped armour. Most production vehicles carried the Henschel-designed production turret, with its flat front plate and simpler shape that corrected the shot-trap and manufacturing issues of the earlier Porsche turret. First deployed in 1944, the Tiger II was formidable in defence though heavy and mechanically demanding.

This is a 1/72 scale plastic model kit, Revell skill level 4.
