Testarossa means redhead, and the flat-12 mid-engine Ferrari became the definitive supercar poster of the 1980s, helped along by a starring role on television. The 4.9 litre boxer twelve made around 390 horsepower for a top speed near 180 mph. Monogram's Exotic Car Series kit builds it at 1/12, a big model at 14 3/4 inches long.
